Joined our program in March 2007. Luc was born on August 4, 2005, with a Grade 4 Glioblastoma brain tumor. During his two and one half years of life, he fought many challenges, including diabetes insipidus, auditory neuropathy and legal blindness. Luc was in and out of the hospital on a regular basis, dealing with seizures and infections. His loving mother and big sister never gave up on him and filled his life with as much love as humanly possible. He brought them just as much joy in return and will be greatly missed. Joined our program in February 2007. Sarah was first diagnosed with AML when she was eight years old in May 2006. She developed chloroma brain tumors in December 2006 and underwent a bone marrow transplant in March 2007. Despite all of the health problems that Sarah dealt with, her life was one of happiness and love. She had two loving parents, Michelle and Ben, and two siblings, Andrew and Emma. Stash – also known as Superman

Joined our program in September 2007. Stash was diagnosed with medullablastoma on March 24, 2006. After undergoing surgery and followup treatment, Stash was cancer-free for nine months. Then in September 2007, the tumor recurred as a grade 4 glioblastoma. Stash endured yet another surgery and additional chemotherapy and fought the disease as hard and as long as he could. He was a brave young man with an amazing smile, with a family who loves him very much. Stash loved his dogs, hunting for deer and playing his guitar. Joined our program in April 2008. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor called Ependymoma at the age of ten months old. She underwent three brain surgeries as well as 39 radiation treatments and multiple chemotherapy treatments. Throughout all of this, Erin remained a joy to her parents and her older brother. Joined our program in March 2008. Cheyenne was diagnosed with Diffuse Pontine Glioma (tumor on brain stem) at the age of three. Although the doctors gave her only one year to live, Cheyenne’s fighting spirit and loving family helped her to persevere for six more years! Cheyenne spent much of her time raising money for her hospital or to buy toys for other children being treated for cancer. Joined our program in August 2008. She had been diagnosed with Juvenile Pilocytic Astrocytoma at the age of four months old. Due to the size of the tumor, it was deemed inoperable, and chemotherapy was not an option since this was a benign tumor with no cure rate. Briannah was presented to the Burzynski Clinic in June 2007 and was treated with the experimental drug Antineoplaston. This treatment was successful in reducing the size of the tumor by 20% and allowed Briannah to live a more fulfilling life during her three short years.
