Joined our program in February 2007. Sarah was first diagnosed with AML when she was eight years old in May 2006. She developed chloroma brain tumors in December 2006 and underwent a bone marrow transplant in March 2007. Despite all of the health problems that Sarah dealt with, her life was one of happiness and love. She had two loving parents, Michelle and Ben, and two siblings, Andrew and Emma. Her family meant the world to her! Sarah was a student at Laurel Christian School and loved learning new things. She always wanted to be at school no matter how bad she felt. She graduated 6th grade on May 19, 2009, only two days before she earned her wings. Sarah is greatly missed by her parents, her brother and sister and all who were touched with her love of life.
