Joined our program in August 2008 and was the Cowboy of Send Love Today! John was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiform Grade IV Astrocytoma in May 2005. He underwent brain surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, yet the doctors gave him only 17 months to live. Little did the doctors know what kind of strength and faith this Cowboy had!! Joined our program in August 2009. Dominic was diagnosed with a DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma) on April 1, 2009 at the age of seven years old. At the time, Dominic was a typical seven-year old – vibrant, happy and full of energy!! A few instances of double vision and loss of balance indicated to his parents that something might be wrong, and testing revealed the brain tumor. Dominic underwent six weeks of radiation treatments in an attempt to extend his life, as his type of tumor is inoperable. Joined our program in March 2009 after being diagnosed with a DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma) in January 2009 at the age of ten. Luke was a loving and caring boy from a very early age. Like many kids, Christmas was his favorite time of year, but unlike most kids, he loved it for the true spirit of the season, not for the presents that came with it. He also loved decorating for the holidays and was known to have an inflatable decoration or two in his yard!
